The African-American Youth Leadership Program (AAYLP), a division of the Research and Policy Institute of California, is seeking applicants for its 2009 African-American Youth Leadership Conference. California high school students eligible to graduate in 2010 or 2011 are invited to apply.

AEOP consists of Army sponsored research, education, competitions, internships and practical experiences, designed to engage and guide students and teachers.
